You must be at least 18 years old to independently place orders. Minors under 18 can only shop with legal guardian’s consent. You are prohibited from using this website for fraud, malicious chargebacks, data crawling, unauthorized image theft and other illegal behaviors.

All displayed prices are USD, excluding state sales tax and delivery fees. Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your U.S. shipping address per New York tax regulations. Mopran reserves legal right to correct obvious price typo errors and cancel abnormal low-price orders.

All Mopran brand logos, product photos, copywriting and design works are protected by United States Federal Copyright and Trademark Law. Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction and resale are strictly forbidden.

Mopran shall not be liable for indirect or incidental losses caused by logistics delays, extreme weather, third-party payment system failures within the scope permitted by U.S. state laws. The maximum compensation limit for any order dispute will not exceed total payment amount of the original order.

All transaction disputes shall be governed by the laws of New York, United States, with arbitration held in Monroe County, New York.

We reserve the right to permanently restrict or close user accounts involved in payment fraud, repeated malicious chargebacks, repeated policy violations or harassment of customer service staff.
