Eligibility for Returns

Mopran accepts returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with original tags and complete original packaging within 30 calendar days after delivery, complying with U.S. consumer protection regulations.

The following items are final sale and non-refundable & non-returnable: custom personalized products, clearance discounted goods, intimate apparel, items missing original packaging and accessories.

Return Application Process

  1. Submit return request via email hello@mopran.shop or service hotline +1 2126856453 within the 30-day return period, attach your order number, return reason and product photos if required.
  2. Our customer service team reviews valid applications within 2 business days and issues a prepaid U.S. domestic return shipping label after approval.
  3. Securely repack items and drop off parcels at USPS, UPS or FedEx service outlets.
  4. Our warehouse inspects returned goods within 5 working days upon receipt of your package.

Refund Terms

  • Full refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after warehouse inspection confirmation. Bank processing delays are out of Mopran’s control.
  • Original shipping fees cannot be refunded unless returns are caused by Mopran’s faults: wrong item shipment, factory defective products, transit damaged parcels.
  • Partial refunds will be provided for returned goods with stains, artificial damage, missing tags or original packaging.

Damaged & Defective Merchandise

If items arrive broken or have factory defects, contact support within 7 days after delivery and provide clear photos of products and outer cartons. We offer three free solutions: full refund, free replacement or store credit, all return shipping costs covered by us.

Exchanges

You may apply for size or color exchange when submitting return requests. Replacement items will only be shipped after we receive and verify your returned goods. Expedited exchange delivery is available with an extra checkout fee.

Order Cancellation

Orders can get full refund if canceled before warehouse shipment. Once dispatched, all standard return policy clauses apply.
