Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO military addresses. At present, only domestic U.S. shipping is supported; international delivery is unavailable.

Order Processing Time

Warehouse processing takes 1–3 business days before carrier pickup (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Processing time will be moderately extended during Black Friday, Christmas and other peak sales seasons.

Domestic Shipping Options

  1. Standard Shipping: Transit time 4–8 business days; cost calculated by package weight and delivery zone
  2. Expedited Express Shipping: Transit time 2–3 business days; expedited surcharge paid at checkout
  3. Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $75 USD enjoy complimentary domestic standard shipping (excluding oversized & heavy bulk goods)

Parcel Tracking

Once carriers pick up your package, tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can check real-time delivery status anytime via the order page on our store.

Solutions for Abnormal Delivery

  • Marked delivered but item not received: Contact support to launch carrier claim; replacement or full refund will be offered after 7–14 days of carrier investigation
  • Incorrect shipping address: Customers bear full responsibility for accurate address input. Packages returned due to wrong addresses require additional restocking and redelivery fees
  • Logistics delays: Mopran is not liable for delivery delays caused by severe weather or carrier official operational adjustments

Special Rule for Military Addresses

APO/FPO military addresses only support USPS standard shipping with transit time 7–12 business days; express shipping service is unavailable for military destinations.
