Payment Terms

This independent Payment Terms supplement Mopran Terms of Service. Completing checkout constitutes full agreement to all payment clauses below.

Supported U.S. Payment Methods

All transactions are processed via Shopify PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway:
  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • Third-Party Payment Platform: PayPal

    Mopran will not store complete card numbers, CVV or confidential bank information on our servers.

Currency & Billing Regulations

All settlements are processed in United States Dollar (USD). Payment authorization triggers immediately after checkout; funds will be formally deducted when your order enters warehouse processing. Temporary pre-authorization holds follow rules of your issuing bank.

Sales Tax Refund Rules

State sales tax is automatically calculated in compliance with New York and U.S. local tax codes. Full tax refund applies to returns caused by Mopran’s mistakes; sales tax is non-refundable for voluntary customer-initiated returns.

Refund Processing Cycle

  • Pre-shipment order cancellation: Full refund to original payment method with zero fees
  • Approved after-sales refund: Standard processing cycle 7–10 business days; actual arrival time depends on bank audit progress
  • Partial refunds will be confirmed via official store email after warehouse goods inspection

Failed Payment & Anti-Fraud Provisions

Orders with declined payments will not be shipped. We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel suspicious orders including stolen card payments and abnormal repeated payments, and report risk incidents to Shopify official anti-fraud department.

Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

Please contact Mopran support (+1 2126856453 / hello@mopran.shop) to resolve order issues before initiating a chargeback. Repeated invalid malicious chargebacks will result in permanent purchase restrictions on your account.
